Month One
Connection to Own Rhythms: Embodying Truth, Desire and the Cosmic Tides
To live in unapologetic commitment to our own flow is to remember that we are not separate from Nature, but shaped by her — sculpted by rivers, moved by moonlight, attuned to the tides of desire and the deep hum of truth. Our bodies are not machines but vessels of life force, made for rhythm, for beauty, for breath. Just as rivers need banks to flow, we require sacred structures — seasonal, planetary, somatic — to hold our wholeness. When we listen inward, outward, and upward, we reweave ourselves into the mandala of the universe: the pulse of the moon, the cycle of the womb, the stillness of the lake, the inhale and exhale of all that is. To reclaim our voice, our body, our longing is to plug back into the All — the great interconnected web where nothing is separate, and everything is sacred.

Journal / Reflect:
What season of life are you in right now?
What is your default relationship to your seasons (i.e., ignoring them, making it wrong, wanting to be “further along”, wanting to be in summer while you’re in winter or winter when you’re in spring, etc.).
What would it look like to fully embrace the season you’re in?
What would embracing your current season make possible for you?

Week Two
This week we tapped into the power of the moon and her phases, as well as the energy of the planets. We can choose to listen for the guidance of their rhythms in ourselves and the way we move in our lives.

Week Three
This week we journeyed into our personal womb spaces and were held by the divine womb. We tuned in to the sacred rhythm within our bodies, our cycles, and how each phase mirrors the wisdom of the moon and the seasons that move through us.

Continue to go outside and connect with the moon nightly. For added bonus, as you go out and be with her, also connect with your womb as you do so.
What do you want to offer up to this powerful magic/this womb space?
What was the tiny change you chose to integrate your personal cycle?
For each phase, reflect on what is your relationship to this phase of the cycle?
What’s asking to be tended to in this phase?
How does it want to be worked with?
What’s one practice for working with this phase?
