Remembering the True Garden

An initiatory path for women to remember who they are—awakening their ancient knowing, restoring embodied wisdom, and reclaiming feminine power through ceremony, ritual, and sacred sisterhood.

The Beauty Way Dates: May 21-24 and Sept 24-27th

Welcome, Beauty

Before you read another word, take a slow breath in. Feel your feet on the ground. Feel the pulse of life beneath your skin. Take a moment to let these words land in your body.

An elderly woman with tan skin and short hair, wearing a black sleeveless top with a floral pattern, is holding her chest with both hands. A silver necklace is visible around her neck. The background is blurred, likely indoors or in a shaded area.

Imagine a world where you feel truly at home in your body, where every part of you—mind, heart, and spirit—comes together in vibrant wholeness.

  • All of your spiritual gifts are fully online.

  • Magic flows from you– it seeps from your skin.

  • You feel fully connected to the sacredness of every part of your life, from the mystical to the mundane.

  • You hold your ancestral line with reverence and beauty — and the pain that was carried has been tended and the strength has been integrated.

  • You live in rhythm with life, not against it.

  • You move through ceremony, not performance.

  • When chaos or crisis hits, you stay grounded.

  • And the way you live and lead supports all of life.

If you’ve found yourself here, something in you already knows. You may not have language for it yet, but you feel it. A quiet remembering of what’s possible: in your body, in your relationships, in your leadership, and in the world.

The Beauty Way is a path for women ready to live from that remembering.

Two hands reaching towards each other in a backlight setting, with sunlight and natural surroundings visible.

We live in a world where women have been severed from their power.

As women, we have access to deep, ancient magic. There is medicine for the world in our bones and sacred intelligence in our wombs and hearts. This is the ancient technology of the feminine—a relational wisdom that once guided entire cultures.

When that remembering stirs, it can show up as an overwhelming feeling that we need to fix ourselves. To learn more. To figure it out.

But what is true is this:

We do not need more information. We need remembrance. The embodied remembering of our power through this ancient technology. Through the wisdom of our lineages, our relationship to the Earth, and our inherent capacity to access the creative energy that births worlds.

The Beauty Way is a ceremonial, embodied, initiatory journey that activates this cellular remembering. It is a portal into your true inheritance as woman. And a preparation to give birth to a world you know is possible.

Many of us feel weary—not just in our bodies, but in our very beings. You’re tired of holding everything together, performing strength, and shrinking your sensitivity into something manageable just to fit the roles the world has assigned you.

You’ve done the healing work, read the books, and sat in circles. Yet still, there’s something deep within you, waiting.

This is not another mastermind or weekend seminar. It’s not another breakthrough, because you were never in need of fixing.

This is about a return – to your true self.

Here’s the hard truth: There is a cost to postponing your becoming. A cost to dimming what wants to live through you. A cost to waiting for permission to inhabit your fullness.

You feel it in the ache in the restlessness – In the quiet knowing that something more is asking to be lived.

Consider this: That ache is not failure; It is initiation.

You do not need more information; You need to remember

The Beauty Way may be for you if:

  • You are standing at a crossroads in your life, sensing that you cannot keep living the way you have been.

  • You feel deeply, and know your depth is medicine.

  • You have done the therapy, the retreats, engaged in inner work.

  • You’re ready to live differently—not just to understand yourself, but to embody that understanding.

  • You care about the collective, not just your own personal evolution.

  • You feel the ache for something more honest, embodied, and alive.

If your body resonates with these words as you read, that’s your answer.

We walk together in a small, intentional circle.

The Beauty Way is not about self-improvement.
It’s about initiation.

This is a ceremonial, embodied journey of remembering—not just gaining insight, but experiencing true transformation.

Here’s how we support you:

This is a ceremonial, embodied journey of remembering—not just gaining insight, but experiencing true transformation.

Here’s how we support you:

  • Reclaim Your Ancestral Gifts: Release the inherited burdens that aren’t yours to carry and embrace the magic and wisdom that flows from your lineage, allowing you to integrate these gifts into your life.

  • Clear Inherited Patterns: Let go of over-functioning, self-abandonment, and silence, restoring reverence for your emotional depth.

  • Return to Body Wisdom: Stop overriding your intuition and start trusting it as your guiding compass.

  • Learn Grounding Practices: Develop tools that anchor you in uncertainty, allowing you to stand strong during transitions without collapsing or rushing to fix.

  • Tend to Grief, Desire, and Longing: Recognize these feelings as sources of wisdom, not problems to manage.

  • Re-establish Your Connection with the Earth: Remember how to regulate, root, and restore yourself, using this connection to serve the greater whole.

  • Lead from Embodied Authority: Move away from performance and proving yourself, embracing your authentic power.

  • Embrace Wholeness: Become a woman who can hold both grief and beauty simultaneously.

This is not light-only spirituality; it’s a commitment to working with wholeness through ceremony, ritual, embodiment, and earth-based practices.

The world does not need more women
performing empowerment; it needs women who remember.

Women rooted in their bodies. Women reconciled with their lineage. Women who can stand steady when the world trembles. The Beauty Way is for women ready to:

A circular object resembling a moon-shaped lamp with a carved face, resting on a round surface.

Live ceremonially.

Lead from embodiment.

Give birth to a world they know is possible.

This is not a retreat; it’s a portal. Are you ready to step through it?  We walk with a limited, intimate circle.

Spots are intentionally few.

Person in a white shirt holding a lit lighter near their chest in a dimly lit room.

We are not here for surface-level empowerment. We are not here to bypass grief or keep everything “high vibe.” The Beauty Way is a year-long, small-circle initiation — not a weekend getaway.

Where many spaces focus on mindset, we work with the body. Where others offer inspiration, we offer integration. Instead of individual-level healing, we practice it in sacred community. We believe that individual growth, healing, and expansion is fundamentally and inextricably linked with the healing of the collective.

Most of us were taught:

  • That being a woman is something to manage.

  • That our bodies are problems to fix.

  • That our emotions are instability.

This path dismantles that story, not through theory, but through lived ceremonial practice.

Here, your body becomes an oracle you trust. Your lineage becomes a source of strength, not unconscious burden. Your sensitivity becomes intelligence. Your shadow becomes initiation.

This is slow work. Deep work. Sacred work.

From Bracing to Rooted.

Before: over-functioning, performing, holding it all alone.
After: whole, embodied, integrated.

Hear from the women who have remembered:

Meet Your Facilitators

A white round object, possibly a textured or speckled sphere or ball, against a black background.

Dr. Lauren Borden, PhD, PCC

  • Dr. Lauren Borden is a coach, transformational guide, and initiatory facilitator working at the intersection of psychology, mysticism, and embodied feminine leadership.

With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and advanced training in mindfulness-based practices, Lauren has dedicated over a decade to advising founders, senior executives, and high-level leaders through profound identity transitions. Her work is deeply grounded in the science of leadership, human performance, and nervous system integration.

Alongside her executive advisory work, Lauren has devoted years to the study of Christian mysticism, theology, and religious deconstruction — excavating the submerged histories of the Divine Feminine and examining the psychological and cultural impact of patriarchal theology on women’s bodies and authority. Her facilitation integrates shadow work, ancestral repair, and womb-centered energy healing within a trauma-informed framework.

She is known for creating containers that are both spiritually alive and psychologically rigorous — spaces where women can metabolize grief, reclaim desire, dismantle inherited narratives, and move from performance into embodied authority.

As the Co-founder of The Beauty Way, Lauren guides women through a ceremonial path of remembrance — where intellectual insight becomes lived integration, and sacred leadership becomes relational, embodied, and real.

Chelsea Rose Cotton

  • Chelsea Rose Cotton is a soul guide, leadership alchemist, and sacred steward working at the intersection of embodied leadership, ancestral wisdom, and systemic change.

Initiated into a shamanic lineage at the age of thirteen, she spent seventeen years apprenticing with wisdom keepers and elders across Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico. Rooted in earth-based ritual and a worldview shaped by sacred interconnection, her formation was shaped through ceremony, energy healing, and direct apprenticeship with the unseen — cultivating a way of leading that is intuitive, embodied, and deeply ecological.

Alongside her initiatory path, Chelsea spent over a decade in nonprofit leadership development. There, she designed transformational programs, mentored emerging leaders, and built trauma-informed containers for women navigating recovery, advocacy, and systemic inequity. Her work bridges executive coaching, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation with shadow work, grief tending, soul retrieval, ancestral repair, and ritual practice.

Chelsea’s practice rests on the belief that personal and collective transformation begins with presence — the courage to meet the whole self and lead from that wholeness. Through private mentorship, retreats, and organizational consulting, she guides individuals and teams toward integrity that is lived, relational, and deeply embodied.

As the Co-founder of The Beauty Way, she is devoted to living a life of Beauty. This includes getting lost in the woods (trees are her people), swinging under the full moon- it feels like flying on a broom ;), and spending time in her happy place in a rustic cabin by the lake with a good bourbon in hand at sunset.

FAQ

  • Due to the depth of preparation and the limited size of the circle, tuition is non-refundable once your place is secured. Your commitment matters — and so does the container we create together.

  • We intentionally gather a small, intimate group of 6–12 women to preserve depth, safety, and meaningful witnessing.

  • No. This is a ceremonial initiation. You will be nourished through food, nature, ritual, and intimate community. And you will be invited to grow — to meet edges, to step out of your comfort zone and beyond old patterns, to embody what you know. It is both restorative and transformative.

  • The Beauty Way is an embodied, nervous-system experience — not just intellectual reflection.

Even when it feels spacious, the work is integrating at deep levels of the body and psyche. We strongly recommend allowing space for integration after we close.

At minimum, plan to take Monday off. If possible, consider allowing additional spaciousness. Some cohorts have chosen to rent a space together to stay an extra night together to support communal integration.

This work continues unfolding in the days, months, and years that follow.

  • The Beauty Way is not introductory.

It is designed for women who have already engaged in foundational inner work and are ready to go deeper — into the body, into grief and desire, into inherited narratives and identity shifts.

This space honors depth, sovereignty, and readiness — not perfection.

If you’re unsure whether this is the right timing, we welcome a conversation. Discernment is part of the work.

  • Yes. Meals are provided and thoughtfully curated.

We work with a dedicated chef, Sam Freda, who prepares nourishing, seasonal meals designed to support the depth of this experience. We prioritize local and organic ingredients whenever possible and honor both dietary needs and desires.

Food here is not an afterthought — it is part of the ceremony.

  • Because this is a contained initiation, full participation is essential.

We begin at noon on Thursday and close by 3pm on Sunday. Please arrange travel to arrive before we begin and depart after we complete the container. Leaving early disrupts the integrity of the experience.

  • No. This space welcomes women across belief systems. Our work is experiential and embodied, not dogmatic. Curiosity and openness matter more than ideology.

  • Yes. Many women in this circle are therapists, executives, founders, facilitators, and community leaders. This is a space where those who hold others can be held.

  • Yes. We review each application thoughtfully to preserve the depth and integrity of the circle. This ensures alignment and readiness for everyone involved.

  • No, although we deeply honor plant medicine this is not a plant medicine ceremony. This is a path of remembrance through ritual, connection to Mother Earth, and our own bodies.

The Beauty Way is a year-long initiation into embodied authority, sacred remembering, and feminine leadership.

If something in you is stirring—trust it.
