THE INTUITIVE FACILITATOR

Lead spaces that create real insight, connection, and transformation

A 5-month immersive training for coaches, facilitators, and intuitive leaders who want to strengthen their ability to read a room, trust what they sense, and guide conversations that actually change people.

You already know how to lead conversations. This is where you learn how to lead what’s happening beneath them.

The most powerful facilitators don’t just follow a plan. They listen deeply, sense what is emerging, and respond in real time with clarity and precision.

The Intuitive Facilitator taps into your innate gifts of sensing deeply so that you can leverage your intuition to hold a room more fully. This teaches you how to blend facilitation skills, somatic awareness, and intuitive intelligence to lead conversations of real insight and true transformation for your participants without feeling like it’s all on your shoulders.

You may already feel it when you’re facilitating.

The moment when something deeper is happening in the room. A shift in energy. A tension. A truth just under the surface.

And you pause.

You might find yourself wondering:

  • Am I imagining this?

  • Should I follow the agenda or trust what’s emerging?

  • How do great facilitators seem to know exactly what to say in those moments?

Most facilitators are trained to prioritize structure over presence. To stay on track rather than respond to what is actually happening.

The truth is:

When facilitators ignore what they’re sensing in the room, conversations stay surface-level.

But when they learn how to trust and work with that awareness, entire rooms shift.

That skill can be learned.

Dream Club is not about interpretation from the outside.

It is about reclaiming your own language of symbols, sensation, and story.

This program may be for you if you’ve ever experienced:

  • Feeling the emotional shift in a room but not knowing how to address it

  • Following your curriculum even when you sense something more important emerging

  • Overthinking what to say while facilitating

  • Leaving a session wishing you had trusted your instincts

  • Struggling to balance structure with responsiveness to the group

  • Feeling drained after facilitating because you were “holding everything together”

  • Wanting your workshops or group programs to be more transformational

You’re not lacking skill.

You’re missing training in intuitive facilitation.

Inside The Intuitive Facilitator program, you’ll learn how to:

  • Read and respond to group dynamics in real time

  • Distinguish intuition from projection or assumption

  • Trust your internal signals while staying grounded and precise

  • Facilitate conversations that evoke deep insight and reflection

  • Regulate your nervous system while holding complex group dynamics

  • Balance strong structure with intuitive responsiveness

  • Lead conversations that create collective breakthroughs

This training blends:

  • coaching competencies

  • somatic awareness

  • intuitive listening

  • facilitation skill

This is where facilitation skill meets embodiment and intuitive awareness.

So your leadership becomes clearer, calmer, and more impactful.
